compare

Every vendor climbs. We climb and remember.

A cheapest-first ladder is not ours alone, and neither is billing only for success. What is: the session rung that reads a walled site at 2 credits after one render, a memory of every site shared across workspaces, and a pipeline — change detection, sitemaps, destinations — sold as the product rather than bolted on. Prices are compared in dollars per thousand pages. Credits do not compare; dollars do.
$0.40
per 1,000 pages of a walled site, after the first render.
6–18×
under every weighted vendor on that site.
0
for a refused page or a 404 — three of the field bill the 404.

The same page, at each vendor's mid plan.

“A walled site” is a Cloudflare- or Imperva-protected site read after the browser has earned its cookies once: our session rung replays them over plain http at 2 credits, where the other vendors charge the configuration that worked again on every page. Zyte does not let you choose a tier; its system grades the site and charges the grade.

Read from each vendor’s pricing page, 16–17 September 2026. Vendor prices change; treat this as a snapshot. MeshArc: Growth is $0.198 per 1,000 credits, Scale $0.14; a residential render includes 1 MB and adds 4 credits per started megabyte past it.

The number to take away is the walled site. A hundred Cloudflare pages are 202 credits here — one render, then the session at 2 — against 2,500 to 7,500 credits where the winning configuration is paid again for every page. That is structural, not a price setting: nobody else keeps the session.

We are not the cheapest plain fetch, and do not claim to be. A credit here arrives with the diff, the sitemap and the destination.

What is ours, what is everyone's, and where the bill is smaller.

only MeshArc
  • Change detection as the product, not a flag.
  • Sitemaps kept and diffed, sections selectable, incremental runs by lastmod.
  • Orphan and link-graph reports per run.
  • Eighteen push destinations with declarative shaping, free.
  • Scheduled projects with history and exports.
  • The session rung: a walled site pays for one render, then reads its pages at 2 credits — where weighted vendors re-pay the winning configuration on every page.
  • Per-host memory that saves you money: a site learned once starts on the cheap rung, for every workspace.
  • The rung that read each page kept in a ledger, with how far a refusal climbed.
  • Politeness that is real — robots Crawl-delay, one rate bucket per domain.
  • Bring-your-own-model extraction.
parity — not a claim
  • A cheapest-first ladder with a cost ceiling
ScrapingBee's Auto-Mode with max_cost is the same idea.
  • Success-only billing
The norm at ScrapingBee, ZenRows, Scrapfly, Zyte, Bright Data and Crawlbase.
  • The cost of a call returned in a response header
    ScrapingBee returns Spb-auto-cost.

cheaper
  • The walled site. A 100-page Cloudflare site is 202 credits with us — one render, then the session at 2 — against 2,500–7,500 credits where the winning configuration is re-paid per page. 6–18× under every weighted vendor, 2× under Firecrawl.
  • Plain pages against Firecrawl, roughly 4×.
  • Refused pages and 404s, which are free here. ScrapingBee, ZenRows and Firecrawl all bill a 404.
choose one of them when
  • The job is web search or a SERP endpoint.
  • You want an autonomous agent or hosted browser sessions rather than a pipeline.
  • You need per-site parsers maintained for you.
  • hCaptcha stands between you and the pages — nobody solves it reliably enough to sell, and we do not pretend to.
  • Procurement needs SOC 2, ISO 27001 or SSO today.
choose MeshArc when
  • The same sites are read again and again, and the second read should be cheaper than the first.
  • What changed matters more than what is there.
  • The result has to land in a warehouse, a vector store or a bucket without a second pipeline.
  • You want the bill to say which rung read each page and why.

Run the same site here and there.

A one-time 1,000 credits, browser tier included, no card. The response says the mode it took and what it cost.
